falcana Business-Software has been founded in 2008 by Reinhard Wagner:

Reinhard Wagner "During my work history I used to work for several companies in sales.
And one thing my job stations had in common: I have always been looking for an efficient tool to manage my sales projects, activities and clients. Also cooperating with an abroad sales branch made clear to me, that even in small and midsized companies the administration of all activities and the reporting can become very time-consuming and inefficient without the right tool."

Reinhard Wagner decided to establish a CRM system, which is affordable also for small and midsized companies, but at the same time offers all necessary functions that sales people need in their daily business.

falcana Business-Software e.U. is located in Waidhofen/Ybbs in Austria and operates it's servers in a highly secure and highly available data processing center, which is ISO 27001 certified and thus offers highest levels of security and performance.
The data processing center in linked to one of the fastest internet nodes in Europe, which allows best possible transmission speed.
